Last week we met my sister Melissa at McDonald's for lunch and some indoor playground time. It was fun hanging out, and it was nice to have someone else to climb around the playground with Eli. My pregnant belly isn't that big yet, but it's still not comfortable to bend all over:)
Before I post the picture, I want to share a little bit with you about Logan. Logan is a guide dog in training. My sister started her own company called Lodestar: Guiding Angels for the Blind. Lodestar: Guiding Angels seeks to fill the gap, left by many mobility dog schools, by placing working guide dogs with children ages 10-17 free of charge. With approximately 57,000 legally blind children in the United States, Lodestar has a passion and a vision to enhance the lives of visually impaired children and their families across the nation. You can view my sister's website to see Logan's Adventures. I'm so proud of all of her hard work to get her organization up and running. She's still a long way from meeting her financial goal, so would you please prayerfully consider how you may be able to help her organization?
